Help people succeed
for a living
Remote customer support and marketing roles — with real training, real support, and a team that actually invests in you.
Not another grind. Not another empty promise. Something different.
Not sure if this is for you? Keep reading. By the end, you'll know.
We know what you're dealing with
Maybe you're stuck in a local job where the pay is capped, the wrong people get promoted, and your hard work doesn't lead anywhere.
Maybe you've been overlooked — watched less qualified people move up while you did the actual work. Maybe you've been in jobs where no one asked what you thought, where your ideas didn't matter, where you were just expected to do what you were told.
Maybe you've tried remote work before and got burned — promises of "training" that turned out to be a PDF and silence. "Flexibility" that meant being available 24/7. Being treated like you're disposable. Or worse — working night shifts because the company hired you cheap and expected you to wreck your sleep to match their timezone.
Or maybe you're just exhausted from trying to balance work with the rest of your life — feeling like you're failing at both because neither one gives you room to breathe.
We get it. That's exactly why we built this differently.
We're not going to promise you the world. What we can promise is this: you won't be thrown in alone. You won't be treated like you're replaceable. Your voice will matter. And your effort will actually lead somewhere.
You're not asking for too much.
You're asking for what work should have been all along.
If you've been waiting for something better to exist — keep reading.
Here's what's actually different about working with us:
What's actually different here
Not marketing speak. This is how we actually work.
You're never figuring it out by yourself
Your first week, you'll have daily check-ins. When something's confusing, you message the team and get answers — usually within hours, not days. When you're stuck, someone walks you through it.
You're part of a team, not working in isolation. People know your name. Your input matters. When you have an idea or a concern, someone actually listens.
When something isn't working, we don't blame you — we figure it out together. What went wrong? What do you need? How do we fix it?
That's what actual support looks like.
Your growth isn't just talk
Every week, you have a conversation focused on YOU — not just tasks to complete, but skills you're building, challenges you're facing, where you want to go.
Here's what development actually looks like:
Week 1: Learning our systems, shadowing team members, daily check-ins. You'll make mistakes — that's fine. We're here to help.
Month 1: Handling real tasks with guidance. Getting feedback on your work. Starting to find your rhythm.
Month 3: Working independently on most things. Taking on new skills. Starting to train on AI tools that support your work.
Month 6: Doing things you couldn't imagine when you started. Possibly mentoring newer team members. Your pay has grown because your skills have grown.
You move forward based on what you're ready for, not arbitrary timelines or who your manager likes. When you develop new skills, your role grows. When your role grows, your pay grows.
Your effort actually leads somewhere.
A legitimate company, not a disappearing act
Clout Operations — a real company registered in Belgium. Calvin — a real person you can look up on LinkedIn. A team of 10 people working together across multiple countries, not a faceless operation.
You're paid fairly for your region — and your pay grows as you grow. You work from home with a schedule that lets you have a life.
As you develop, you'll learn to work alongside AI tools that make you more effective. First you master the fundamentals, then you grow into AI-assisted work. The technology supports you — it doesn't replace you.
This isn't a side hustle that might vanish. It's a real business that needs good people.
"I applied expecting nothing — I'd been ghosted by three 'opportunities' before this. But Calvin actually responded. Within a week I had my first training call. Six months in, I've been promoted twice and I'm helping train new people. This is real."

Customer Support Specialist, 7 months
Six months from now
You've been here for six months.
You've got skills you didn't have before. The thing that used to make your stomach drop — handling a difficult customer, writing copy that actually converts, managing a campaign on your own — now you do it without thinking.
You remember when that felt impossible. Now it's just... Tuesday.
Your pay has grown — because you've grown. Not because you waited long enough, but because you actually developed.
You work from home. You manage your own time. When your family needs you, you're there — no guilt, no asking permission. When there's a school thing, an appointment, or just a day when life needs to come first, you handle it. Your work fits around your life, not the other way around.
You're part of a small team that actually feels like a team. People check in on you — and mean it. When something's hard, someone helps. When you have an idea, someone listens. You're not just completing tasks. You belong somewhere.
You're not stuck anymore. You're not waiting for something better. You're building it.
That's what we're offering. Not a perfect job — but a real one. A place where your effort matters and your growth is the point.
The question is: do you want to keep waiting, or do you want to start?

Hi, I'm Calvin
I started my career in tech — 5 years building software systems for startups and enterprises. Then I moved into online marketing and discovered something I love even more: helping people grow.
For the last 5 years, I've been building and supporting remote teams. I've learned that the best results come from investing in people — not just giving them tasks, but actually helping them develop.
I've worked with teams across three continents. I've seen what happens when people are treated like resources — they burn out, they leave, they stop caring. And I've seen what happens when they're actually invested in — they grow, they stay, they do their best work.
I'm building the kind of company I wish existed when I was starting out.
That's why Clout Operations exists. A place where people feel supported, where growth is real, and where you're treated like a person — not just a resource.
I'm based in Belgium, but our team spans the globe. I believe good work can happen from anywhere, with the right support.
What Clout Operations Does
We help digital creators and online businesses grow.
That sounds simple, but here's what it actually means: when a creator is overwhelmed with messages they can't answer, we're the ones who make sure every customer feels heard. When a business needs content that actually works, we're the ones creating it. When things are chaotic, we build the systems that make it run smoothly.
Our team handles:
The work is real. The impact is visible. When you help a creator grow from 10,000 followers to 100,000, you were part of that. When a customer reaches out stressed and leaves feeling taken care of, that's you.
You'd be joining a small, close team of 10 people — not a massive call center, not a faceless operation. We're specialists who take pride in what we do.
Most remote work feels meaningless — you do tasks, you get paid, nothing changes. Here, you see the results. You're helping real people build real businesses. And you're growing while you do it.
Our Clients
We work with online businesses and digital entrepreneurs — creators, e-commerce brands, coaches, consultants, and growing companies that need customer operations and marketing support.
These are real businesses built by real people. Some have hundreds of thousands of followers. Some are just starting out. What they have in common: they've built something themselves, and they need help managing it as it grows.
Your job is to help them succeed — whether that's making sure their customers feel taken care of, keeping their content running smoothly, or helping them grow their reach.
We provide end-to-end solutions for digital businesses:
The work is professional and the impact is real. When a business grows because their customers are happy and their marketing is working, you're part of that success.
Current Openings
Two paths to grow with us. Both come with real training, real support, and work that actually leads somewhere.
Marketing Coordinator
Content, Research & Social Media
You'll be the person behind the scenes making creators look good — scheduling posts, responding to comments, keeping campaigns running smoothly. You'll research what's working, draft content, and help turn ideas into results.
When something works, you'll see the numbers go up. When a customer thanks them, that's partly because of you.
Perfect if you like creating things and seeing the impact.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
You're Ready
You might be wondering if you're ready for this.
Here's what we've learned: the people who do best aren't the ones with the most experience. They're the ones who show up, ask questions, and actually try.
If that's you, you're ready.
How to Apply
A thorough process — because we invest heavily in everyone we hire.
Application Form
15-20 min
Tell us about yourself — your experience, goals, and expectations. We'll ask about your availability and what interests you about this role. Plus a short video intro so we can get to know you a little.
Skills Assessment
within 48 hours
If you pass Stage 1, you'll get a deeper assessment. This helps us understand how you think and work. You'll have 48 hours to complete it — no pressure, no tricks.
Work Sample + Personal Video
A short assignment relevant to the role you're applying for. Plus a personal video where you can show us the real you — who you are, what drives you, why this matters to you.
Interview with Calvin
A video conversation to meet properly. Ask your questions, share your thoughts, see if it feels like a good fit. If it does, you could start within 1-2 weeks.
The process is thorough because we're not looking for warm bodies — we're looking for the right people. We invest real time and resources in everyone who joins, so we want to make sure it's a good fit for both of us.
If you're serious about this opportunity, the process won't feel like a burden. It'll feel like we actually care about getting it right.
Questions You Might Have
Ready to stop waiting?
The fact that you're still here tells me something.
You're not just browsing. You've been looking for something that actually delivers on what it promises.
That says something about you — you don't give up easily, and you know what you're worth.
Those are exactly the people we want on this team.
Here's what waiting looks like:
Another month passes. Then another. You're still in the same place, still wondering if something better exists.
It does. You're looking at it.
Maybe you're tired of jobs that don't go anywhere. Maybe you've been burned before and you're skeptical. Maybe you're just curious.
Whatever it is — the next step is simple. Tell us about yourself. We'll take it from there.
No pressure. No tricks. Just a chance to see if this could work.
